• The Básica Table Lamp is a finely crafted lighting piece that champions warmth, natural materials, and timeless design.
• This lamp marked a return to human-centred modernity by replacing the prevailing cool metallic trends of its era with artisan-focused simplicity and tactility.
• At its core is a slender birch wood column which rises gracefully from a heavy metal base, creating an elegant contrast of textures and tones.
• A versatile range of shade options — from stitched beige parchment to ribbon-wrapped or linen coverings — allows you to tailor its character to your interior.
• It casts a warm, inviting glow that enhances the atmosphere of any room, while its thoughtful proportions and quality materials make it a defining piece in both classic and contemporary interiors.

Founded in 1985, Santa & Cole is an independent editor of thoughtful design, art, and books headquartered in Belloch, Barcelona, Spain. Today, they take pride in being editors, placing authors at the center. Their journey began with light, and light remains our cornerstone, even as their interests have grown beyond it. They also edit furniture, books, and art, continuing to seek beauty with rigor and thoughtfulness.

Unhurried and independent of trends, Santa & Cole choose rather than accumulate. They value what is crafted with care and rooted in intention. Quality is born of honesty and responsibility—and, as in love, it’s shaped by the right details.
